Twilight Zone Subway Proximity Sensor A-16535
This board is a new design replacement part for the Twilight Zone machine. It is a direct replacement for the original part A-16535.
Failures of the original part typically result in the game getting confused about the power-ball. Either not detecting the power-ball or declaring all balls a power-ball are typical of the failed component.
The board is located on the underside of the subway plastic form and is easily replaced with two screws and a 4 pin Molex connector.
The new board features a multi-turn adjustment. This allows for a precise adjustment of the eddy sensor. In addition, the multi-turn means the board is less likely to go out of adjustment with the high vibration and shock loads experienced under the play field.
